Patrick Wheldon studied building at Trent University and set up in business as a house builder in 1980. He has won numerous Quality Awards and threecoveted N.H.B.C Seal of Excellence Awards.

Wheldon Homes still build new homes but also offer advice on energy efficiency. Patrick qualified as a commercial and domestic energy assessor at the beginning of 2009 he qualified as a green deal energy advisor at the launch of the Green Deal. His building experience makes him an extremely well qualified energy advisor.

Patrick is keen on sailing, skiing, cycling, swimming, yoga and bridge when he is not injured!
