Patrick Wheldon

Patrick Wheldon studied building at Trent University and set up in business as a house builder in 1980. He has successfully developed a number of award winning homes throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire, details of a small selection can be found on the company website www.wheldonhomes.co.uk. He has won numerous Quality Awards and three N.H.B.C Seal of Excellence Awards.

Wheldon Homes diversified into the Energy Assessment business. Patrick qualified as a commercial and domestic energy assessor at the beginning of 2009. His building experience makes him an extremely well qualified energy assessor.

Patrick is keen on sailing, skiing, cycling, swimming, yoga and bridge when he is not injured!

Edward Wheldon

Edward like his father is Hull born and bred. He graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with BA Hons in Networking Systems (computing).

Edward previously worked as an estate agent gaining extensive experience in house sales, valuation and managing branch offices. He was one of the first qualified domestic energy assessors in the region.

Outside of work Edward’s main hobby is sailing where he competes in the Laser SB3 fleet at a national level.

Both Edward and Patrick Wheldon have qualified as energy assessors through the leading N.H.E.R accreditation scheme and intend to develop the business to provide second to none services in both rating and advising property owners on their energy needs.
