Domestic EPC
Since Home Information Packs we abolished on 20th May 2010 only a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required to put your house on the market. Wheldon EPC offer a direct service to home owners looking to sell their property issuing EPC’s that can be used with any agent. EPC’s are valid for 10 years as long as no major changes are made to the property such as a changing the heating system. Price start from a very competitive £40 and NO VAT is charged.
