Domestic EPC

- EPC's are completed & emailed back to our clients on the same day of inspection.

HIP's
- We now offer a full Home Information Pack service and price start from a competitive £199.
- Your HIP pack is full transportable so can be used with any agency.
All homes being let or sold required are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We pride ourselves on the personal tailored service we will provide. We will take the strain out of the certification process.
